Shame You! Behave Yourself!
Well, thatś something what we have heard countless of times. Why, you might think, why i need to be feel shamed? Why we are constantly reminded to behave in some sort of way what favours some groups more than others?
Well i guess that those person´s who tell the above statements to others have been the victim of the same ” Shame You” from their childhood, or even from adulthood. Cause we all pick up from each other those behaviour patterns subconsciously. We mold ourself to be like others, behave like others thou by making us miserable inside. We work as a big brainless computers who do what they have been told to.
We are not allowed to question the ways, cause the whole society is built up to be same looking, acting mass of people. No one cares, what we feel or why we do the things what we do. Also we ourself are afraid to look what is inside of us. Why we are the way we are!
The shame.
What are Your shames?
- Do you feel ashamed cause you just ate that extra piece of cream tart? But you looking like a big tart yourself and that makes you feel shamed and depressed about the way you look?
- Do you just picked your nose in public, but you knew that this is not nice way to do when there´s lot of people around you? You just can´t help yourself, it is something what has been going on on ages and the worst thing you know it and still doing that!
- Do you just ended another relationship and you are shamed and frustrated cause you know, others around you anyway thought it will go that way again. It was your 5 or even 10 attempt to get things right hat time!
I can go on and on, but does it help. No, it does not! Why? Cause you do not feel any better over it, if someone just points out the faults you do! But also i can´t wipe away these feelings from you neither, you need to do it your own. Yes i can help to provide the tools for that work. But that´s all what i can do. The work as it follows is up to you.
Get rid of that nagging feeling inside you now!
There is two tools what You can use to get help of the shame issues. Also i feel that shame and self esteem are related and also when you do the work other related issues might come up. Just go on and let the issues bubble up from inside, work those around and you´ll see all goes right.
- The first method what you can use is emotional freedom technique, shortly named EFT.
What it does, well by using statements about the annoying issues and lightly tapping with your fingers the acupuncture points you release the negative charge; feeling; grief; etc from the body and subconscious.
I have used the method myself and i´m in process of learning it as a therapy modality. Thou i haven´t worked on the shame issues, but i have done it to release other blocks and negative charges inside me.

- The other method is called the Zpoint.
This is something what i found out recently and i have seen great results by doing the releases of my emotional burden what i have carried around.
Right now i´m playing around how to make the work more deep and releasing for myself. So well also i try to get the certificate and start using this as my one of the tools to help people.

Out of topic this time a bit, but still good for You . At least sometimes!
Since today is the day for loved ones , Valentines day, well at least for me it´s more a love related theme than just a day for friends or something like that. Thou every country has i guess it´s own kind of flavor to that day. For me itś the Lovers Day
To treat my sweetheart and myself i made some nice little peanut butter treats. Home made by using Eco peanut butter, milk chocolate ( trans fat free ), cream cheese ( also trans fat free , well some of these consist those nasty fatty acids), some gingerbread and sweetened milk instead of sugar. Well you can use powdered sugar, but i run out my Eco unrafined sugar :/
- The method:
Mix beanut butter with cram cheese and sugar/or substitute and crumbled cookies , i used my leftover gingerbread cookies but you can use oatmeal or any other what you like. Well the amount of those depends how much you want to make the sweet niceness :D.
I did small patch and also since i do not like too sweet things i didn´t added much sweetened milk. Basically i used 5 pcs of cookies, 3 tbs of peanutbutter, 2 ts of sweetened milk and 2 tbs of cream cheese. If mixture is ready put the whole patch in the fridge to cool and get the flavours mixed, aprox 30 min to 1 hour.
- The middle part:
Take the chocolate, make a little peaces and put in the bowl(i used steel bowl kitchen grade ). Now you need a pot ( to make the waterbath :P ) , the same size or a bit wider that the steel bowl, heat the water in it and then add top of it the bowl with chocolate, please turn the heat to the lowest. Wait till you see the chocolate starting to melt, stir with bamboo chopstick or with fork /spoon, depend what you prefer.
By the way if you have a sweet orange oil, Citrus siensis 100% etheric oil, you can add it also 2 – 3 drops is enough for the 6 – 8 chocolate squares ( aprox 50 – 70 grams ). Mix and then when all is melt take the bowl from the waterbath :D also take out the peanut butter mixture from the fridge and start making little balls. I would say that 1teaspoon of peanut mixture is ok. Make round ball, just use your hands, i´m sure these are clean and of course its normal that when handling food you wash the hands first !
- Finishing point:
When ball are ready pop it to the melted chocolate , cover it with the sweet goodness and transfer to the parchment paper. When you have all the peanut butter mixture used up and covered with chocolate put the little treats to the fridge again to harden, well i used plate under the parchment paper. And your done! Just decide how you want to serve the candys, i just packed those in the paper and will take with me cause we go to the nice walk, so that we can easily just eat the goodness :D

In my previous post about the Hand Yoga i wrote two mudras what i used to use. These two wasn´t only ones. I used some more so today i ´ll write about next ones what i practiced.
These days thou i don´t practice the hand yoga much, thou time to time i do some of gestures. Well lets then start about today´s part of the mudras.
The Hand Mudras part II
- Prithivi Mudra
Generally speaking the Prithvi mudra reduces all physical weaknesses, helps to increase the weight for weak people. Makes body active by keeping it healthy, also improves skin complexion and makes it to glow. Besides that it´s good for nails, bones and hair also and activates a Root Chacra. The Prithvi Mudra is called also a Mudra of Earth.
How to do the Prithivi Mudra:
Tips of the ring finger and thumb are connected ( only the tips ) , all other fingers will stay straight and stretched out. Well if Your fingers ( three others ) will not stretch then only advise what can i give is , just practice :D Normally if You can´t do the mudras it my show that in certain part of the body you have also tension what correspond ti that mudra.
- Kubera Mudra
This hand gesture is dedicated to the god of wealth, named Kubera.
The mudra is also use in the “Silva Method” as one of the techniques for the alpha state. The mudra has multiple uses, so i´m not listing all of those but couple of them are: goal fulfilling, finding parking place, necessary information , etc. Also Kubera Mudra opens and cleanses the frontal sinuses, especially if you draw the air upward while inhaling.
How to do the Kubera Mudra:
Place the tip of your thumb, index finger, and middle finger together, other two fingers will stay rested in the middle of your hand ( bent ).
All the hand poses are done with two hands. Thou when i started i needed my other hand to help hold the mudra, so if you can´t flex your fingers or hold the needed pose , just help with Your other hand to keep the posture. Over time You can practice without the help needed. Trust me i know :D
Try practice as mutch as You can. During the day time if You cant then example when going to sleep. Just lie in the bed and take the hand gesture what You think is good for You and slowly in relaxed way just breathe in and out and keep the pose. As i wrote in the first part of the Mudra story , i practiced the Hand Yoga at work.

Over a Year has passed and i haven´t wrote a thing. Promised to write about the mudras what i use, but there the promise stayed as it is.
Well now then about the hand mudras , those are the hand gestures what you´ll form by using the fingers. I guess origin is from India??
It called also a Hand Yoga and one book what i saw made me use those.About the book a bit later.
The Hand Mudras
I´ll list here ones what i have been using, not anymore daily but still time to time.
- Pran Mudra
This mudra is life giving or by other words energizing your body and is also good for the eye sight, it is used also to calm down and kind of wipe off the worries. Well also relates to the first aka root chakra.
How to do the Pran Mudra:
Join the ring and little finger to the thumb keeping the rest of your fingers straight ( both hands ). Keep the position at least 15 min. It is good if you can sit stright and keep Your eyes closed. Also the practice place, if you have one, would be nice if itś silent and calm place.
Thou I used the mudras at my workplace :D and i felt relaxed and calm even thou the working place wasn´t so. If you start to practice it do it every day. You can experiment :D don´t be too strict and try to find out what suits You better. This goes also for the other gestures.
- Gyan Mudra
Is considered to bring peace of mind, reduce stress, sharpen memory and concentration and so on :D
How to do the Gyan Mudra:
The thumb and index finger are brought together keeping the rest of your fingers straight ( both hands ).
Just practice and practice, if the hand feels tired and fingers do not stretch or you can´t put them together, it normally shows blockages and issues with the areas what the Mudras represent. Over a time, if you do them every day, it goes better and better.

Haven´t wrote here long time, i know that when You start doing something You should continue. In my case, the lazy ass as i am, didn´t had any reason to write and also no any changes.
I have struggling to resolve my issues. Those existing weird problems in my lie what are still in front of me facing me day by day basis. Work problem, no no i still have my job. Thou it makes me tired and angry time to time and i have lost my motivation to do it. So i try to figure out how can i get my willingness to to this job what i do. Maybe to write a e – book about the experiences what i have got.
I have thought about it , but i do not have encourage to do it. I am scared, SCARED.
Yeess, this feeling makes You doubt what You can do or what is not possible, or actually I think that this is not possible. Why? Lack of my language skills, in my native language there´s not many people who could buy that piece of words mastered together on the pdf file :D Also my English, since it is not my first nor even second language, is poor and i do make mistakes.
So the feelings , fear being scared, unsure etc are common mind blowers in our lives. I try to cope and release those, so far with no much effort. Have tried to ” meditate ” , thus i think i do not know how it should be done properly. Still i have tried pick up meditation as practice time to time. Have used some music to offer some help and just sitting and keeping hands in certain Mudra pose.
The music what i have used to calm me down has been mantra ” Om Mani Badme/Bedme Hum” and here´s the link to it below, so enjoy and try to find Yourself drifting away to the imaginari land :D

Haven’ t wrote long time, but now when i´m back on-line, i finally have Internet connection and new living place, hopefully can be more visible in my blog also.
During that time i have had good thought over some things what disturbing me, and make me feel kind of stressed. Besides, making me to feel quilt.
First thing what i was dealing , were my bedroom related issues. I couldn´t fully relax when being with my partner and i started to feel guilty that i do not satisfy Him.
So i needed to find out way is that what disturbs me, or do i have some kind of bad memories and might be even more deeper reasons behind that.
I know that many people could turn to look help from psychologist, but at first we should be sure and really ready to find out why we feel or be the way we are.
Normally people are not thinking deep enough and we tend to lie to ourselves. Since we want to believe that the things are 100% truth and we are not making things worser ourself.
I started to think then why i feel the way i do and what might be the reasons.
1: Relaxation
I noticed that i have hard times to relax, or being relaxed..
2: Thinking
Yes i tend to think too much , so the “poor over working” thoughts are going around my mind all the time
3: Childhood
As a child , sex or intimacy was “taboo” and when i discovered my sexuality , you know all the things what children do :D , i was scared that someone finds out.
4: Body
Of course there has been always the body issues, i´m not sexy and appealing to men, my body is not so sensitive for touch, i have small breasts, etc. etc….
5:Mental, subconscious
Since i also believe the mental part of our life, there might be that i have cached up my mothers beliefs and some other things during my childhood and so on.
Those are kinda hard tasks to be resolved. Do i can be fully truthful about myself and can i be sure not to start to lie to myself : ” No, no it´s not my problem , this problem is not existing” but in deeper body memory it does.
I am lucky that i have learned some of the ways to help myself to deal with the problems what could rise.
Mental work what includes:
- Manifestation
- Visualization
- Positive affirmations
Some alternative healing methods:
- Reiki
- Bach flower remedies
- Aromatherapy
- Hypnosis
I have tried to work with energies and i do not afraid to try things out myself. One thing what i need to remember, problems might not get resolved overnight, thou that has been happened :D and i know it works. But to become to that state one needs a lot of acceptance and practice and being truthful.
So far i have improved a bit.
I am not afraid to be naked anymore in front of my partner.!
I remember how it was when i had intimate moments with previous partners of mine, i used to cross my hands and cover my most intimate places. That i do not do anymore, so i can say that i have improved. Although i sometimes still feel that i could have bigger breasts and curvier hips :oP But i have a nice butt and i am beautiful. :-P uhh what a cheesy talk :oD
So here’s some things to try out, since those go together so well :
- Relaxing music, in your choice and affirmations.
” I have soft skin, what i really like in me “
” Even thou i have small breasts i accept and enjoy myself fully “
” My butt looks nice and men like it “
” My partner loves me as i am “
” I want to love myself as i am ” and ” I love myself as i am”
Also i have tried self hypnosis, in next posts i try to find the script. The best way to do it, is to record your own voice, since we are more responsive to that.

Thankfully messy times are over and i’ m back online, so tomorrow i try to post a bit more content about more female related issues, what are making us quite stressed :D
I guess we , as a weaker part, as men tend to say have a lot of things what make us feel like want to die.
This time a bit body and mind related things. And how i tried to sort my things out.
Also a book review , what i still reading :D but i feel it interesting and related with my world view.
In the book , there’s well explained processes, how things work and it’ s examines healt related problems.
Also those what make our lives stressful.

This word ” the stress “ now days surrounding us everyday basis and sadly we tend not to take it seriously.
- Stressful situations in the work
- Family life is not as pleasing as it should be
- Health issues
- Past memories
So on and on, we just are keeping going without noticing what actually affects us in everyday life.
I have never thought actually what stress means, or how it shows up. I mean in physically, like do you feel something due that in your body or not.
Do You feel the symptoms of the stress?
Thou some doctors these days tell that our body shows up the tension when mind plays tricks to us.
I remember being bulled at school, but i don´t feel myself that it was bad. I recon it made me more tougher. It made stand up and being more clear myself, how i do not want to behave. Although there is different kind of bulling, the physical and mental so it depends on persons mental state, how he reacts and takes this.But it made me being shy and i was it a quite long.
I don´t know which of those are the worst, but actually all our future life will be affected by that.The stress what it makes us to feel will be kind of walkway through the life.The mental behaviour, physical and also well lets be honest subconscious.
The question is, how to heal those scars and these stressful situations?
Right now , i think, there´s only way and it´s the work with your self. It might change, like we all change over time.
I will try here to ” record ” my thoughts and also the tips and trick.The same way if i find something useful i at first test it myself and inform how it worked out. In the near future there will be soon some little tips how to help yourself to heal the stress.
